This week, May 2 – 6, Builders Mutual will proudly participate in OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down for fall protection. The safety stand-down is a voluntary event designed to encourage employers and workers to pause for a few minutes one day during the week to discuss fall hazards and reinforce the importance of fall protection.

Risk Management consultants will be visiting policyholders and encouraging them to participate in the Stand-Down on their jobsites. Builders Mutual and the North Carolina Department of Labor are joining together to bring tailgate safety talks straight to the jobsite in Greensboro and Raleigh, NC to promote fall protection education.
Encourage your policyholders to take a few minutes to pause this week and focus on safety and its importance in their workplace. Share our Fall Protection Safety video with your clients or on your social media pages to spread the word about the National Safety Stand-Down.
