Wayne joined Standard in 1992 as Real Estate Property Manager. Wayne's prior employment was with Pioneer Savings Bank (formerly Home Savings & Loan Association) as manager of administrative services. At Standard, Wayne’s job involves marketing landlords' property for rent, collecting rental payments, coordinating lease arrangements, maintaining a list of vacant properties, checking accounts, reviewing applicants' credit reports and preparing repair work orders. Wayne coordinates between the owner and tenant and maintenance vendors to ensure all parties are satisfied with the repair and maintenance process.

Wayne lives in Rocky Mount and is married with two daughters.
