committee meetings; failure to properly supervise the activities of others; failure to purchase insurance; alleged
discrimination; alleged sexual/physical harassment; failure to respond to county, state and federal laws; exposure
to religious teaching or activity disputes; and inappropriate loans to officers, directors or trustees.
