We will issue certificates of insurance the same day we receive the request. These can also be requested
on-line at the link above right.

We will issue binders for written policies the same day we receive the request for policies within our
binding authority.

We will return all phone calls the same day and make every attempt to avoid “phone tag”. |

We will process all policy change requests within 24 hours. |

All clients have access to our companies’ 24-hour claim reporting service. Claims may also be reported
24/7 on-line at the link above right. |

We will assist clients in resolving third party insurance claims when necessary. (ie. Claims not
involving one of our insurance companies. Claims against other insurance companies involving
the type of insurance we are providing.) |

All claims will be reported the same day received and we will utilize our in-house draft authority when possible. |

All claims will be followed up on within a week of being reported. |
|
We will provide registry and notary service to our clients, free of charge. |

We will provide information on new coverage and exposures to all our clients. |

We pledge to provide our clients with the most knowledgeable staff in the area. |
